ReConnect offers compassionate counselling and therapeutic support for children, young people, adults, and families across Southampton and the South Coast. With over 30 years of experience, we provide a warm, professional space to explore challenges like anxiety, trauma, or family conflict. Our eclectic approach combines Gestalt Humanistic Counselling, Family Therapy, and Trauma-Informed practices. We offer individual therapy, family sessions, and pre/post-therapy support, both in-person and online.
